The class is specifically tailored to the tastes of you and your partner with a special emphasis placed on attentiveness and direction throughout the course. Beginning at 8.30, visit the local market to take in the lively sights and sounds. As you wander between stalls, learn about the Thai herbs and vegetables that are used in traditional Thai dishes, many of which may be new to you.

The hands-on cooking class will commence at approximately 10.00 using the ingredients you collected from the market before ending with lunch. Come hungry, as you’ll savour all the culinary creations you skilfully made during class.
