To help our guests find that return, we created the Journey Within Retreat, a carefully designed four-day wellness experience beyond just switching off. It’s a full immersion into quiet, movement, nourishment, and reflection.
This isn’t a retreat filled with rigid schedules or strict expectations. It’s a space for genuine reconnection. You’ll be gently guided through various practices designed to bring you back to the present in a natural and grounded way.
A Day in the Life of Digital Detox
Each day starts with silence. We gather for morning meditation in noble silence, where the mind begins to soften, and the breath leads the way. There’s no rush, no urgency, just space.
Somatic yoga and modern Qigong follow, inviting gentle movement and awareness into the body. These practices help us feel again—feel—not just physically, but emotionally too.
Breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner are served as part of our daily vegan wellness cuisine, crafted with intention and sourced with care. The meals are light, nourishing, and prepared using fresh produce, some from our organic farm.
Afternoons are for deepening the journey through our holistic workshops, each one exploring different aspects of emotional and spiritual awareness:
- Holistic Self-Care, where we share small but meaningful rituals to carry forward
- Humanity vs Spirituality, a thoughtful exploration of inner values
- The Game of Enlightenment, which brings light-hearted depth to self-inquiry

You’ll also have time for private 1:1 sessions, whether that’s self-enquiry consultations, compassionate sharing, or an Energy-Integrated Holistic Massage. And time’s always built in for journaling, reading, resting, or watching the waves roll in.

There are quiet corners to journal in, books to get lost in, and a cycling path that hugs the coast. You can even give alms to the monks who pass our resort each morning at 7 a.m., a profoundly grounding experience.

Our vegan wellness cuisine is more than delicious—it’s made with purpose. Meals are light yet satisfying, created to support the healing process. We believe what you put into your body affects how you feel far beyond the retreat.
Many ingredients come from our organic farm, including fresh herbs, vegetables, and eggs from our chicken coop. Our approach to food is slow, seasonal, and full of flavour.
