Dinner at The EDGE is an experience in itself, structured around four thoughtful sections: Intro, Aquatic, Flora & Fauna, and Finale. The kitchen is always led by the freshest available ingredients, many of which are sourced from our own nursery and local partners.
SEASONS Restaurant
SEASONS is more than a restaurant — it’s a celebration of everything we love about nature’s bounty. Rooted in sustainable principles and inspired by the rhythms of Thailand’s wet, cool, and hot seasons, our plant-based kitchen redefines what it means to eat well.
Set in an open-air space with garden and ocean views, SEASONS delivers a thoughtful and beautifully presented 8-course tasting menu, which rotates with the availability of local ingredients.
East & West Tasting Menus
Choose between East and West, two seasonal menus that explore both Southern Thai traditions and Western classics reimagined through a plant-based lens. Each course brings something new to the palate — from the comforting to the surprising — always vibrant in flavour, colour, and intention.

We work closely with small-scale farmers and regional producers to bring the best of Phang Nga’s harvest to your plate. Everything is made from scratch, and nothing is wasted.
