TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Maximum of 2 (TWO) vouchers can be redeemed per booking.
• Voucher redeemed for room stay: remaining credit applicable only to incidental charges during the same stay; non-transferable to future stays.
• Vouchers are applicable to room booking and incidental charges in the hotel including food and beverages, spa, and recreational services.
• Vouchers for room booking must be redeemed through email [email protected] or phone +66 (0) 2 180 8001 at least 7 days or more prior to arrival date and are subject to room availability.
• Any amendments to bookings must be made 14 days or more prior to arrival date else the voucher becomes invalid.
• Vouchers are fully pre-paid, non-refundable, and cannot be resold.
• Vouchers cannot be used as part of convention or exhibition groups or other function rooms.
• Vouchers cannot be used on top of promotions.
• The hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
