This is an experience at its best a 2 hours spent at Aleenta Hua Hin’s organic farm, where a personalized tour takes you into exploring the healing benefits of herbs used in cooking and at the spa. With so much glow in her eyes, Mrs Reung, Aleenta ‘s Spa Manager passionately guides you through her secret little garden, where a variety of herbs and roots are growing.
During this engaging and immersive experience, not only will you learn about traditional thai culture, but under expert guidance, you will discover the distinct healing properties of the aromatherapy herbs, other ingredients and how to blend the right products together. You will be taken into a discovery of senses, textures and aromas, with a variety of Thai herbs, and spices, in order to create special blends for body scrubs, face and body masks.
These ingredients are organic and directly outsourced from the farm. Once prepared these products are used by the therapist for a fresh customized journey of wellbeing.
Furthermore you will be initiated into making everyday items such as home natural incense, and detoxing or energizing herbal infusions for you to sip after the workshop.
