We offer a mixture of traditional menu items as well as our Wellness Cuisine which is inspired by the way people experience food. It is in this spirit that we aim to preserve the nutritional integrity of raw ingredients by minimising the processes involved in preparing them to extract maximum nutrition.

Barley Greek Salad
Organic barley, feta cheese, roasted heirloom tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olive, bell pepper. Full of fiber, vitamins, and minerals (potassium, folate, iron, and Vitamin B6) supporting cardiovascular health.
Hummus Taco
Crispy corn taco shell, butter head lettuce, hummus, shallot, confit tomato. Prevents loss of sodium chloride and iron during summer due to excessive sweating. It tones up the body and helps one to tolerate the excessive heat.
‘Well’ Gazpacho
Heirloom tomato, cucumber, bell pepper and herbs served with crispy vegetables. Contains bioflavonoids that act as antibacterial and also anti-inflammatory. Potassium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C contained in green tomatoes are able to maintain the freshness of the skin and also enlightens it.
Keto Mackerel
Seared horse mackerel fillet, crushed chiang mai avocado, quail eggs, pecan. Ketones that generate during the keto diet provide neuroprotective benefits, strengthening and protecting the brain and nerve cells.

Teriyaki Tofu
Wok sauteed tofu, broccoli, carrots, roasted cherry tomatoes, sesame, organic berry rice good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iton and calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains Magnesium, copper, zinc and Vitamin B1.
Baked Cauliflower Pizzaila
Cauliflower, roasted tomato, basil, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, pine-nuts in addition to featuring a host of vitamins and minerals, cauliflower also contains important phytonutrients, many which have antioxidant activity.
